Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix all ingredients for the cake and pour the batter into greased 9x9" pan or cupcake tins. Sprinkle top with the streusel topping and bake for approximately 50 minutes.
While the cake bakes, mix ingredients for the glaze. Right after the cake is done baking, take out and drizzle glaze over the warm cake.
